This is the audiovisual campaign that accompanies the Ecuadorian Reforms to the Civil Registry Law dealing with Gender Identity, officially launched on September 13, 2012 and presented to the Ecuadorian Parliament - the Asamblea Nacional by the Ecuadorian Confederation of Trans and Intersex Communities - CONFETRANS, Silueta X Association, Project Transgender, Yerbabuena Foundation and other members of the "Building Equality Platform". My Gender on My ID: Identity means Dignity

Is the campaign that promotes the Reform of the Ecuadorian Civil Registry Law on the issue of Gender Identity that is in process of discussion at the Ecuadorian National Assembly (Parliament) 2013. After second debate, the law will be sent to President Rafael Correa for approval or veto. We need to tell Ecuadorian MPs, and the President, of the importance of this reform. Identidad de Género para el Buen Vivir

"La identidad es el pasaporte al ejercicio de derechos y las personas trans no tenemos ese pasaporte". Testimonios de activistas del PACTO TRANS ECUADOR explican cómo es imposible para las personas trans aspirar al Buen Vivir y al conglomerado de derechos económicos y sociales sin que el Estado reconozca su identidad de género.
